1. If you could visit any state in the US, which would it be and why?
New York..I was there about 13 years ago and I fell in love with it, would like to go back there. I love the energy in New York, so much to do and see.

2. If you could visit any country in the world, other than your own, which would it be and why?
Currently on my top list is Lapland in Sweden, visit the Icehotel and see the northern light. It will be the trip of my life! The second one is winter in Hokkaido Japan, soak in the open hot springs bath with snow fall...

3. Have you ever driven across several states/providence/countries?
Yes, in America, England and of course my home country Malaysia.

4. Have you ever visited someplace you consider exotic? Where was it?
Yes, Bali Indonesia, I went with my good friend three year ago and I like it so much I went back with my husband again in the same year for his birthday..(unfortunately, we can't go out party at the third night cos there are few bomb just exploded, we have to stay in hotel.Is a shame that such beautiful Island always been targeted.)


5. What was your favorite "travel" vacation? Why?
My backpack experience in Europe 10 year ago, me and my good friend went around Europe for a month after graduated from college. Visited all the great museum, master art and sculpture that we used to studied in college.

6. Have you ever played tourist in your own home city/state (if international, country)? Explain.
Yes, when friends and families coming over to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia visit us, we will actually go around the city pretend we are the tourist.


7. Are you a museum visitor, beach comer or an amusement seeker?
Museum, beach, and like to visit locate area rather than tourist spot.

8. What's your favorite type of yarn?
Silk, cotton and bamboo.

9. What's your least favorite type of yarn?
Novelty yarn or anything look like fur.

10. What items do you like to knit/crochet?
Cardigan, shawl or anything that appear to me.

11. What do you pack, knit/crochet wise when you go on vacation?
Usually I would pack something simple and easy remember pattern so I don't have to go through the book every time.

12. What other crafts do you do/would like to do other than Knit/Crochet?
I like felting..would like to try spinning one day.

13. Are you allergic to anything? (Yarn wise or treat wise)
No

14. What is your favorite color? Least Favorite?
Brown, black, green, purple..mostly dark cool palette. Don't like pastel colour.

15. Sweet or Savory (Treat not personality)?
Dark chocolate and dried cranberries.

1. What is/are your favorite yarn/s to knit with? What fibers do you absolutely *not* like?
I like Rowan and handspun yarn but recently, I'm madly in love with silk yarn.... I'm more enjoy knitting with DK or worsted weight. I don't really like fur or fancy yarns.

2. What do you use to store your needles/hooks in?
I store in a wooden box, and a knitpick filo pouch

3. How long have you been knitting & how did you learn? Would you consider your skill level to be beginner, intermediate or advanced?
I start knitting when I was in high school, but I stop for almost ten year. Then I start again last year and I’m addicted to it this time, can’t stop even for a day!! I consider my skill between intermediate and advance.

4. Do you have an Amazon or other online wish list?
I have a wishlist on my blog (check on the left side)

5. What's your favorite scent? (for candles, bath products, etc.)
I love rose, cransberry, citrus, grapefruit and passion scent, not really into bath product.


6. Do you have a sweet tooth? Favorite candy?
sometime,I like dark chocolate.

7. What other crafts or Do-It-Yourself things do you like to do? Do you spin?
Beside knitting I also do felting (roving wool /needle felt ), painting, and interior decorating. Would like to learn to spin, but just worry that I need more space for the stash.

8. What kind of music do you like? Can your computer/stereo play MP3s? (if your buddy wants to make you a CD)
rock, alternative and classical, mp3 is ok.

9. What's your favorite color(s)? Any colors you just can't stand?
Love dark purple, green, blue, mostly cool palette. Like some of the bright color as well like red or yellow, but never really into pastel and light tone cos it doesn’t show well on my skin tone.

10. What is your family situation? Do you have any pets?
I been married for 4 year, don’t have time for pet and children yet.

11. Do you wear scarves, hats, mittens or ponchos?
I do wear scarves, hat and mittens when I visit my in law in England once a year.

Depands, any design that appear to me, except sock.

13. What are you knitting right now?
Rowan 37 butterfly vest, sahara by knit n tonic, and cropped cardigan.

Yes

15. Do you prefer straight or circular needles? Bamboo, aluminum, plastic?
Circular, I like metal needle., I just brought a set of knitpick option needle and I love it.

Yes, just got it.

A year, trying to forget it!!!

umm .. I love christmas.

Ribbon, yarns and craft books..

20. Any books, yarns, needles or patterns out there you are dying to get your hands on? What knitting magazine subscriptions do you have?
Check out my wishlist on the left column, pretty much is what I trying to get. I don't have any subscription, I do like Phildar pattern a lot unfortunetly is very hard to get the magazine and some of it doesn't come it English.

21. Are there any new techniques you'd like to learn?
Like to learn how to spin.

No, size between 37 to 38
